First of all this card is made by using tissue paper as the background and then attaching a decoupage leaf. I then wrote 'with sympathy' with a silver gel pen.

First of all I attached some green thread as the stalk of the flowers, then I added some metallic leaves, some 3-D flowers stickers and also some shiny butterfly/bee stickers. Then I finished with printing the word 'With Sympathy' and attaching it to the card with some decoupage stickers.
